Market Report Highlights:

• In June 2025, 81 single-family homes and PUDs were sold, with a median sale price of $2,197,700 and an average sale price of $3,340,114, showing a slight increase compared to June of the previous year.

• The number of active listings for homes rose by 23.8% year-over-year, from 623 in June 2024 to 771 in June 2025, offering more options for buyers.

• The median list price for homes also climbed, reaching $2,497,000—an 8.8% increase from last year.

• Year-to-date, Home Estate and PUD median sale prices have grown by 13.2%, rising from $2,242,500 in 2024 to $2,537,500 in 2025.

• The condo market saw strong growth year-to-date, with a 37.9% increase in sold volume, totaling $231.9 million compared to $168.1 million in 2024.

• Condo median list prices jumped by 20.5% year-over-year, from $954,500 to $1,150,000, reflecting ongoing demand and rising values.
