Median Sales Price is steadily climbing since 2021 from $1,850,000 to $2,815,000 in 2025.

At the start of February 2025, the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate was 6.89%. This was down slightly from the previous week, when the average rate was 6.95%. In mid-February, the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate was 6.76%. This was a 13 basis point decrease from the beginning of the month, according to Freddie Mac data.

Although mortgage rates have recently decreased, they remain high compared to the pandemic. This is due to a number of factors, including: high home prices, low inventory, inflation concerns, economic uncertainties, and elevated home prices.
