Stealth Listing

During the initial consultation, our client was looking to list in the most anonymous way possible. This is typical for many celebrity clients. The downside to this strategy is a missed opportunity to generate maximum awareness. Maximum awareness generates maximum leads, leads turn to offers, multiple offers turn to bidding wars, and bidding wars equal maximum return for your property. The previous owner of this property (our client) designed and built this home. What once was a “love shack” on the beach is now a contemporary smart home with modern furnishings custom-made specifically for this property. Our client wanted the furniture to stay with the home. That meant finding a buyer who wanted a turn-key property with contemporary furnishings. Typically this makes finding the ideal buyer more difficult.

Leaseback Contingency

In this case that meant the previous owner (our client) wanted to live at the property for a few months before the new owners settled in.
